In a strategic move to strengthen its senior management team and align operations across its expanding dealer network, Winchester Motor Group has promoted Nick White as Group Head of Sales.

This newly created role reinforces the company’s commitment to consistency, best practice and performance across all its sales operations.

Nick will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s New, Used and Fleet Departments for their Skoda, Norton Motorbikes and Used Car Centre brands.

Speaking about the appointment, Managing Director Mark Mills-Goodlet said: “Nick brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the role and will work closely with departmental and site managers to streamline processes and elevate commercial performance across the whole Group.

Nick has proven himself to be an outstanding leader and his elevation to Group Head of Sales is a natural step forward for the business. His insight and commitment to excellence will be invaluable as we create greater alignment across our sales teams. I'm confident he will make a big impact in this role.”

Nick also has two new Sales Managers enjoying expanded roles. Charles Grundy at Winchester and Lee Washington at Garland.

Lee has also progressed in the Group’s business structure from Sales Executive over 10 years ago, while Charles brings over 30 years experience from elsewhere in the motor industry.

The restructure also reaffirms the role of Tom Preece, who continues as Group Head of Aftersales, which also incorporates the Rent-A-Car Division.

Together, Nick and Tom form a powerful partnership. Both have managed award-winning departments and are highly respected within the Skoda and Volkswagen brands. They are key to the Group’s operational leadership by driving collaboration, process alignment and support across all departments.
