Sales Support – WMG Used Car Centres

The Role

We are seeking a customer service focused Sales Support Team Member to join our Used Car Centres based in Aldershot, Solent and Petersfield. The successful applicant will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, from collecting and delivering vehicles to offering holiday showroom sales cover at our three branches. Reporting to our Group Sales Manager, this customer facing role will provide much needed assistance to our operation and provide the successful applicant with a varied role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Collection and delivery of vehicles from various sources.
• Carry out accurate vehicle appraisals.
• Plan suitable travel routes across short and long distances, including return travel by public transport where required.
• Provide outstanding customer service when collecting and delivering customer vehicles.
• Assist with vehicle inter-branch swops for showroom and forecourt displays.
• Ensure driving operations are completed to the highest safety standards and in line with road laws.
• Provide showroom holiday sales cover when required – where sales experience already exists.

Required Skills and Experience

You will have a full clean UK driving licence. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
• Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes
• Excellent paperwork, good IT skills are a benefit but not essential
