What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a convenient way for you to pick up your car. Book a collection slot at your preferred dealership and your vehicle will be waiting for you in a safe and secure setting outside the dealership (so bring a coat).

What do I need to bring to collect my vehicle?

We will need to see a copy of your vehicle order form, along with proof of ID.

You will need to bring proof of ID such as:- the payment card you used for the order, or a current photo driver's licence or passport

We accept the following forms of ID:

  • Cheque guarantee / Credit / Debit Card- Bank / Building society book
  • Valid passport
  • Cheque book
  • Driving licence
  • Utility bill

We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.

Can someone else collect my vehicle?

No. The person purchasing the vehicle will need to collect the vehicle.

What time shall I collect my vehicle?

Whilst speaking to the dealership you will be allocated a specific date and time to collect your vehicle.

Can I pay for the vehicle during Click & Collect?

No. The vehicle must be fully paid for in advance of organising a collection
