Promise 2: We match all like-for-like written quotes

This covers servicing, repairs and the replacement of tyres using genuine Volkswagen parts, from any dealership within a five-mile radius.**

Promise 3: We’ll get your car back on the road as swiftly as possible

If your Volkswagen requires aftersales care, we can arrange to have it picked up – and returned once work is completed. Book your service appointment online with us today.

Promise 4: We’ll demonstrate any required work by video

When you hand your vehicle over to us for a service or repair, we’ll show you any issues we’ve identified via an easily accessible video before you give us the go ahead to proceed.

Promise 5: We’ll make sure your Volkswagen software is updated

It’s all part of the service. When you entrust your vehicle into our care, our experts will update all Volkswagen software for you.

Quotes supplied must be from any VAT registered garage with a UK Standard Industrial Classification (UK SIC) of 45200, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles within 5 mile driving distance from Winchester Volkswagen.  Like for like content of quote must be for exactly comparable work - we reserve the right to verify this.  We will only price match genuine quotations that are available to any member of the public at the garages advertised rates and are free from special offers or negotiated rates.  Tyre quotes must be fully fitted inc VAT, inc valves, balancing and disposal charges.  Tyres must be of identical specification - size, brand, pattern, load, speed rating and manufacturers markings.  Quotes must be presented to Winchester Volkswagen within 30 days of the original quote being issued.  Quotes from internet retailers are excluded.
