Key Protection at SKODA provides up to £500 (including VAT) towards lock and key replacement in the event of last or stolen house and car keys. The following additional benefits apply up to the policy limit of £500 (including VAT):
✔ 24 hours, 365 days a year assistance
✔ Up to £30 (including VAT) per day up to 3 days for car hire if you are stranded more than 20 miles from home due to theft or loss of your car keys
✔ Up to £30 (including VAT) towards call out charges if your keys are locked in the car or broken in the lock of the car
When you've got the car, it's important to make sure that you've got the cover to match. Avoid the worry of losing, misplacing, or having your car keys stolen when you can enjoy one of the most comprehensive levels of care available.
Winchester & Garlands SKODA run our Key Protection Insurance through AutoProtect Ltd, who you can also contact if in an emergency or to find out further information.
If you need to make a claim under your policy, please contact SMART Insurance on 0800 077 8713 within 48 hours of the incident and assistance will be arranged for you. All costs relating to the claim must be met by the policy holder in the first instance. For validation of your claim and reimbursement of costs, the original invoice(s), receipt(s) and crime reference/ lost property number must be sent to: AutoProtect (MBI) Limited, Warwick House, Roydon Road, Harlow, Essex, CM19 5DY. (Registered in England, No.05089293).
These must be within 21 days of the original notification to SMART.
