Customer Opportunity Executive

Why would this role suit me?

This role would be a great opportunity for you if you enjoy working with customers, supporting and working within a team, self-managing your own workload and time, enjoy organisation and working with a high attention to detail in an administration function.

What will I do on a daily basis?

This is a “warm” call position, where customers are expecting to receive our notifications. There is no cold calling here and we have a lot of customers who need us to contact them to get booked into our very busy workshops.

  • Making outbound customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to any queries or concerns
  • Call customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
  • Review customer records, providing updates and information about warranties, service due dates, MOT due dates and other vehicle related items
  • Collaborate with other call centre/database staff to improve customer service
  • Ensuring the customer receives the best possible customer service and that they are aware of all products and services available.
  • Initiating documentation and maintaining customer records and follow up systems.
  • Providing customers with estimates ensuring upsell information passed on, followed up and ideally secured.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Computer literacy – familiarity with Pinnacle an advantage
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
  • Expertise in the customer service area they focus in
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
