ŠKODA Funding Options

As a business ourselves, we fully understand the pressures – financial and otherwise – that companies regularly face. To that end, we provide a number of funding options that are designed to help the widest possible range of businesses.

Contract Hire

This option removes the necessity to sell the vehicle at a later date, ensuring that depreciation is never an issue. Other benefits of using Contract Hire include fixed monthly costs and flexible repayment periods. Furthermore, there are tax benefits and servicing is included.

Finance Lease

This is an adaptable option that allows you to choose a hire agreement term of between one and four years. When that period of time elapses, you will be in a position to sell the vehicle to a third party on ŠKODA Finance’s behalf (subject to terms of the agreement). Your company may also receive a rebate on the rental, and tax benefits apply as well.

Lease Purchase

If your business is not registered for VAT, a Lease Purchase could be the best option. Again, a term between one and four years is agreed upon. A Lease Purchase enables you to defer the cost of the vehicle until the very end, after which time you could own it outright.

Personal Contract Hire

Personal Contract Hire can benefit both private customers and business clientele. If you don’t wish to use your company’s car scheme, you can instead utilise your car allowance to lease a vehicle. Initial payments are low, typically equivalent to three to six monthly rentals, after which, the option of a 24, 36 or 48-month plan can be selected.
